We are seeking a talented and motivated System and Network Administrator to join our
dynamic team. As a System and Network Administrator, you will play a crucial role in
maintaining and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure. This is an exciting

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer our organization's network infrastructure, including routers,
  switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

•  Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of our network resources.

• Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning to proactively
  identify and resolve issues.

•  Administer server systems, including installation, configuration, and ongoing
  maintenance.

•  Support the implementation and management of virtualization technologies.

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their technology requirements
  and provide timely technical support.

•  Ensure compliance with security policies, protocols, and industry best practices.

• Assist with the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans and
  backup strategies.

•  Conduct regular system and network performance analysis and optimization.

•  Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and
  troubleshooting guides.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

•  Proven experience as a System and Network Administrator or similar role for at least
  2 years.

•  Solid knowledge of network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS,
  DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.

•  Proficiency in managing network infrastructure devices, including routers, switches,
  firewalls, and wireless access points.
   Experience with server administration, including Windows Server and/or Linux/Unix.

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve system and network
  issues.

•  Understanding of information security principles, protocols, and best practices.

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team
  members and end-users.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft
Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are
a plus.
