The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling all aspects of a project from start to finish while maintaining a focus on project objectives, schedules, budgets, and resources. They must have excellent communication and leadership skills to build and motivate a project team, manage risks and issues, and drive project outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of project management tools and techniques, as well as good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. PMP certification is preferred, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and quality control

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that include budget, timelines, and resources

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, team members, and vendors

• Motivate and manage project team members to ensure project timelines, quality, and budget goals are met

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively recommend solutions to improve project outcomes

• Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations, standards, and company policies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
