BSc Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervise production lines and team during daily operations - Lead shift handovers and ensure clear communication between shifts and departments - Ensure all production equipment is properly maintained and functioning effectively to prevent downtime and costly repairs.  - Uphold and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards within the factory, including compliance with government regulations
