Job Description
Customer service representatives handle complaints and are responsible for maintaining overall goodwill between an organisation and its customers. They manage data regarding customer satisfaction and report it.
Education: BA in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Insurance or related field, with a minimum of C.G.P.A of 2.75
Experience: Zero year Experience; experience in Banking is advantageous.
