Job Description

Customer service representatives handle complaints and are responsible for maintaining overall goodwill between an organisation and its customers. They manage data regarding customer satisfaction and report it.

Job Requirement

  • Education: BA in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Insurance or  related field, with a minimum of C.G.P.A of 2.75

  • Experience: Zero year Experience; experience in Banking is advantageous.

  • Year of Graduation: 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023

Place of work: East District and West District
