Job Description
Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organisation run smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organise and service meetings, and manage databases.
Educational : Diploma and above in Secretarial Science or related fields. Conversant with MS-Office packages like Excel, PPT and dealing with Social Media Platforms
Experience : Minimum of 3 Years of service in dealing with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their department manager
