Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of the digital strategy for the Education and Skills Program, ensuring alignment with the Government of Ethiopia’s Education Transformation Program (EETP) and the Mastercard Foundation’s Young Africa Works strategy. - Collaborate with the Ministry of Education’s eLearning team to strengthen national capacity for content digitization and platform management. - Contribute to MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) activities by providing digital data insights and supporting digital literacy assessments.

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Azure (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics) and GCP (e.g., Big Query, Dataflow). - Support the development and maintenance of data lakes, warehouses, and processing systems for structured and unstructured data. - Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. - Monitor data processes for performance and reliability, escalating issues to senior engineers as needed.
