Job Description

Background of the company

  • Kerchanshe Trading P.L.C is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, It has a proud history of providing quality coffees to the local and international markets.  Currently our company needs a dedicated and motivated candidate.

Job Description

  • Shall receive tender documents from the superior, record details of the tender requirement including submission date and prepare tender document as per the requirement.

  • Submits the tender document, participate the opening, jotting opening results and submit the report to the Department.

  • May request for clarification of bid conditions and shall manage the tender preparation as required

  • Shall ensure if the tender document prepared is aligned with the organization's requirements.

  • Shall keep deadlines and adjust to the frameworks given by the customers

  • Ensures that valid and correct source documents are retrieved from databases, verifies the complete output are timely and properly submitted.

  • Prepares periodic reports on tender execution

  • Follow-up the day-to-day activities assigned to him/her.

  • Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

Qualification

BA in Marketing management, Sales marketing and related fields.

  Experience

one years and above relevant experience as tender officer

Skills

  • Knowledge of Public procurement process

  •  Ability to analyze and interprate bid louts.

  • Effective negotiation and mediation skill.

  • Effective Problem Solving, time management Planning and organization skills.

  •  Proficient in Microsoft office (word, Excel power point) is mandatory.

  •  Fluet speaking of Afan oromo, Amaric and English.
