We are looking for Intern Junior marketing officers to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content research, copy writing, content creation and writing, script preparation, social media marketing campaigns, social media calendars, brand guidelines and customer engagement strategies. Graphics designing, video shooting ad editing skills are desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing marketing campaigns.

• Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.

• Conducting promotional activities.

• Organizing and distributing financial and statistical information.

• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media

• Collaborate with other marketing and sales team members, as needed

• Meet deadlines and budget requirements

• Stay up-to-date on the latest content management and design trends and technologies.

• Flexible candidate with additional experience in (or an interest to learn) in graphics design and video editing is highly encouraged.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Information systems or related

• Proven work experience in marketing.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Solid knowledge of market research techniques.

• Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.

• Solid understanding of research techniques.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design

• Good interpersonal, time management, multi-tasking and work prioritization skills;

• Proficiency in MS Offices (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Good knowledge of various digital marketing and analytics tools, ERP/CRM systems, content management systems;

• Professional certifications and prior experience in content development for media post

• Proven skills in tasks prioritization and organization.
