Job Description

SHINTS ETP Textile solution (South Korean company) plc. Invites applicants for the following posts.

Our company Shints ETP Garment needs to hire Junior  Architect Forman(QA/QAC) fulfill the following criteria;

  • Making bids on potential building projects

  • Working with clients to determine requirements for building projects

  • Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements

  • Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project

  • Directing staff in the development of project drawings, studies and budgets

  • Preparing work contracts for building subcontractors

  • Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans

  • Developing and giving presentations to inform the public about upcoming public building projects

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Degree holder  by   Architect  

  • Minimum 1  years’ experience

  • Must have a good knowledge of the components used in any design, and component reliability, in particular, to be able to address any safety risks that arise.

  • Creativity and the imagination to produce something that is visually pleasing and suited to its environment

  • The ability to think through and solve problems

  • Strong presentation skills, as you will have to present your ideas to a wide variety of people

  • To be a well-organized person with good planning skills

  • Ability to understand technical plans

  • IT skills, especially experience of using CAD software
