As a Driver Registration Sales Representative, you will be responsible for attracting and onboarding new drivers to join the Woye Transport platform. Your primary objective will be to promote Woye Transport's services, engage with potential drivers, and guide them through the registration process. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and engage with prospective drivers to introduce them to the benefits of partnering with Woye Transport.

• Explain the registration process, requirements, and benefits of being a registered driver.

• Assist drivers in completing the registration process, including documentation and verification procedures.

• Address any inquiries or concerns raised by drivers and provide prompt and accurate information.

• Maintain accurate records of driver registrations and update the internal database accordingly.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new drivers.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree.

• 1 year previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using technology and mobile applications.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
