Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Senior Social worker ,the Social Worker is responsible for facilitating the support of social, psychological and emotional well being of children with disabilities and also together with partner organizations. Maintain up to date children data both hard copy and electronic.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans the daily children counseling session and the Social work activities .
Works in the multidisciplinary clinic Team evaluating cases and developing prescriptions .
Identify Psycho-social skills and physical abilities of children to improve their daily living.
Provide comprehensive therapeutic support through group and individual counseling ,and positive behavioral supports.
Conducts in-depth client assessments including psychological, social, rehabilitation and environmental conditions; uses assessment results to develop and implement a service plan.
Prepares correspondence, case records and written reports as required.
Accessing, identifying and documenting abuse and neglect cases and finding the appropriate services to enhance child welfare.
Involve in event organizing process and report writing
Keeps records of service users with confidentiality.
Furnishes the immediate supervisor with new proposals, ideas and plan for the improvement of the section activities..
Performs any other duties assigned to him/her by his/her immediate supervisor or MRC manager.

Qualification
BA Degree in Social Work, Sociology
experience 2 years experience in social work
