Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Together with the project field staff closely work with and support communities and government partners to effectively plan and implement NRM, especially Soil and water conservation, activities in the project supported woredas as set out in the project document;
Ensure the involvement of government partner organizations in participatory processes, development, implementation and community enhancement activities in Natural Resource Management;
Ensure participatory approaches are followed in all project activities;
Prepare periodical implementations plans and field level reports and submit to project team leader
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience
Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Irrigation NRM, or Water Resource Management & Irrigation Agronomy related field & 3 – 5 years relevant practical experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, good interpersonal skills and writing skill in English
Duty Base: Butajira Town
