Job Description
We are looking for a call center with experienced and skilled employees who possess excellent computer skills and can communicate professionally.
Our company requires about 15 male and female employees who meet these criteria. also
Call center representatives use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems. They speak with customers, listen to them gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Job Requriements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
