Job Description
Main Purpose
To support the business and developing the workforce in a proactive manner to be able to deliver the objectives of today and to prepare and adjust to meet the skills and capability needs of the future business, consistently targeting an increase in the quality of the business’s resource pool.
People & Organization Design
Provide organizational design guidance for the company’s restructure & ensure JDs are accurate.Monitor people engagement and Workforce development.Define future organization and skills requirements
Collaborate with central HR team in talent and succession planning strategy, development & learning strategy, T&D offers, organize, and deliver talent management program.Performance ManagementLead and embed the performance management process and culture.Secure the performance management process, Challenge performance ratings, and ensure quality feedback , ensure management of talent & poor performers with the line managers for the respective work unit by aligning with HOD and L&D work unit.
Support managers, HOD and employees on the process of PM,
Workforce Planning & Org Design
. Lead the review of workforce needs, skills audits and facilitate the identification on capability gaps
. Lead succession planning
. Design organization & communications related to restructuring, in cooperation with business Recruitment
· Developing the HR agenda for the respective business unit by collaborating with HODs and HR Head.· Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices in consultation with the HR Head.· Improving and monitoring employee productivity.· Liaising with the compensation and Benefit head and structuring compensation and benefit packages.· Improving relations between staff and employers by designing and implementing involvement strategies that support the employee relation strategies of UB.· Leading recruitment efforts for the respective business units.· Work closely with head of departments to have a better understanding of about the business and about People to provide HR solutions.· In consultation with HR Head, proposes staff retention schemes, offering advice on work and remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits, initiates, and participates in undertaking regular salary reviews.· In consultation with the HR Head and the legal advisor, handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and other administrative problems according to United Beverages policies and procedures.· Establish and Maintain effective “win – win” working relationships with employees and their representatives (where applicable e.g. union represented employees) through an environment that fosters communication and service delivery. ·Promote and foster an environment of open communication between the business unit and HR.·Co-produces periodic monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as well as other reports on HR matters. (Headcount, Training analysis, Recruitment update).
· BA Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum of six years progressive experience, preferably in FMCG business
Very good IT skill, experience on ERP, SAP etc.
