Responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement strategic and operational objectives, manage budgets and forecasts

• Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision

• Oversee daily operations and the work of executives while Monitoring and improving daily functions (Customers, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

• Lead employees with an example and be a motivator for other employees

• Establish KPIs in all areas of the business and conduct quality assessments

• Write and submit reports to the CCV(Chief Creative Visionary) in all matters of importance

• Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.

• Building processes based on our business goals

• Ensure all operations are carried on in time and cost-effective way

• Measure and Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices, and ensure documentation of processes and Performance

• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

• Examine financial data and use them to accelerate growth

• Recruit, train and supervise staff

• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners

Job requirements and qualifications

• BSc/BA in Business Management, Operations management, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus

• Proven work experience as Operations Director/Manager or similar role

• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

• Experience in budgeting and forecasting

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Outstanding communication and people skills

• Knowledge of diverse business functions (e.g. HR, finance, customer service etc.)

• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
