Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for driving profitability, deposits, customer acquisition and generating revenues through increased transactions in Agency Banking by providing leadership to the branches in the region allocated on recruitment and management of agents and super agency business; improving financial inclusion using authorized agents to expand the organizational reach thereby increasing long-term revenue.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's/ B.Sc. degree in Retail Banking Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 6 years relevant experience with 2 years as Section Head Level or Manager I/C
