Job Summary
The Supply Chain and Logistic Officer will take a leadership role in executing effective and efficient supply chain and logistic services ensuring values and competencies in maintaining transparency, integrity and compliance with established rules and regulations. Responsible for all warehouse, logistics and shipping activities with an effort to control costs while also improving efficiency and accuracy in the management of inventory.
Logistics and Asset Management
Take full responsibility for assets and inventory management of all expendable and non-expendable items under projects
Facilitate customs clearance of imported supplies, materials, equipment and/or vehicles
Plan and execute warehouse related resource planning and efficiency meet the anticipated Company goals
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols;
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and Transfer operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures;
Maintain records to the various stores keeping records of the items off-loaded and/or loaded at the warehouses. Keep updated records on stack/stock cards, and/or computer inventory lists;
Observe, enforce and comply to safety requirement.
Fleet and fueling coordinator
Prepare weekly/monthly progress & analysis reports on
Status and allocation of Company vehicle including hired vehicles
Fuel utilization report
Tires and batteries utilization
Ensure that all legal requirements such as inspection certificates and insurance certificates for vehicles are acquired on time.
Daily Identification of site's fueling requirements from fueling schedule, PM / EM data, generator running report, low fuel alarms and field technician information etc on a daily basis.
Initiate fuel orders based on weekly re-order quantities and customer requirement’s focus on a weekly basis and follow up for payment.
Updating and submitting daily, weekly and monthly truck by truck fueling report and schedule for invoicing purpose.
Receiving all the fueling data real time, confirm accuracy using what’s up photos captioned showing hour counters.
Escalate to all stakeholders any discrepancies and abnormal CPH (consumption per hour) for real time solutions before fueling truck driver logs out of the sites.
Ensure no discrepancy and make sure correct quantities are submitted in the system.
Receiving truck log sheets after every loading and counter check the deliveries and balances
Report to: Supply Chain and Procurement Manager
MBA/BSC in Supply chain or equivalent from a recognized institution;
A minimum period of 8 years’ experience in Supply Chain, 3 of which must have been in a senior position in a reputable organization

Ability to promote integrity and business ethics; demonstrate mature judgment, trust and open communication; ability to ensure effective team work, collaborative behaviour and team spirit
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to persuade and influence others
Candidates should possess an excellent speaking and writing English skill.
