EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

•  A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3/Level III Certificate in Food Preparation/ Food and Beverage Service/Hotels Management from a recognized catering institute with a minimum of Three years of work experience in a similar position at a big-scale catering production unit or 4/5 star hotel.
