Job Description
Assist clients on various platforms offered by the Bank, including, but not limited to, online and mobile banking, Bill Pay, remote deposit capture, mobile deposit
Job Requirement
Qualification: A minimum of BA/B.SC degree holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year service as Junior Digital Banking Operation Officer or similar job roles
Place of Work: Head Office
