Job Description
Responsible for preparation of regional accounts, analysis of their financials and expenses monitoring.
Duties & Responsibilities
Production Accounting:
Coordination of production entries in tally
Checking of production entries in tally
Back up papers of production entries
Month end reports in tally
Raw material/Finished Goods / WIP (SFG) Correctness
Month End stock Taking
Physical Stock – Book Stock Tallying
Factory Expenses to scrutinized as per various parameters
Finalization of Accounts:
HRMS & PAYROLL
Manage Masters / Overtime Roasters
Payroll checking/verifying/ attendance on daily basis in HRMS
Overtime checking of attendance in system & calculation
Manage users in system HRMS/Tally
Job Requirement
Qualification: Masters
Experience: minimum experience of 10 year
Work place: Dukem
