Bank managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: A minimum of BA/B.C preferably MA//MBA/M.SC degree   from a recognized higher learning institution in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration or related field of discipline

• Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience with at least 4 years’ service at supervisory or managerial level out of which at least 2 years  in Branch Operations or Support Banking management
