Job Summary
Merchandiser role is to ensure availability of our portfolio in the retail store, increase shelf space, implement planogram, implement and maintain visibility materials and report periodically competitive activities and market information (New products, pricing, activities…)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit retail market on daily basis based on visit plan communicated by the Trade Marketing Manager
Track/Report product availability, stock levels and OOS to the sales team
Track/Report slow moving items, dammaged stocks to sales team to take corrective action
Maximise share of shelf of our portfolio and ensure best display and approved planogram (Product Layout) implemented in store.
Implement and maintain visibility Material
Gathering and Reporting Competitive activities such as new product launches, offers and promotions, pricing, visibility or any other communication campaigns
Report Customer/Consumer feedback perception and market trends
Working closely with Trade Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to design and implement planogram and goods display across all trade channels
Take before and after merchidizizing products pictures and Report accrondglliy

Consumer markets are constantly changing every day, meaning deadlines can be tight for merchandisers. This role is often a demanding one that will keep reps on their toes every day, so keep in mind that organization and working well under pressure are key to succeeding in this field.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
BA Degree graduate in sales, Marketing and Business Management.
Experience:
Fresh or one year years of experience in FMCG industry.
