We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager who is passionate about recruiting, developing, and managing our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The candidate should be fluent in both English and Amharic languages, have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, and possess a deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

2. Oversee the recruitment process to hire quality personnel.

3. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our company.

4. Design and deliver training programs to promote employee development.

5. Implement time sheet tracking procedures to ensure accurate recording of employee hours.

6. Manage attendance, and promptly address any issues or discrepancies.

7. Handle employee disputes, resolving them in a timely and fair manner.

8. Maintain awareness of the company culture and work to enhance employee morale and job satisfaction.

9. Perform other HR-related duties as necessary to support the needs of the business.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an HR Manager, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

2. Fluency in both English and Amharic.

3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

7. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
