The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all support is provided to customers on IT services assigned and handled in troubleshooting Information systems and conducting system upgrades and maintenance.

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information System or in related fields;

Experience:

At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent
