Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for providing insightful hypotheses, actionable insights, guidance, analysis, and support through data on the bank’s digital products’ performance, customer behaviour and insights to enable the business to acquire, develop, and retain customers more profitably and effectively. 

Job Requirements

Education :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience:

At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent.
