Naflet hotel is a top notch world class hotel located in Adama. Naflet Hotel opened its door and has been serving its guests since October 2022. Job Requirements

Required qualification

•  BA Degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, Food Preparation, management, or related fields. 

Experience

• More than 10 years’ experience of which at least three years’ experience as HOD in similar position in Four- or four-star hotel.

Human relations skill

• Good human relation skill and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds and has proven people management skill.

Language proficiency

• Good command of spoken and written English is required.

• Knowledge of additional national and international languages is desirable.

Computer skills

• Command of computer applications & working knowledge of PEDS software.

Industry knowledge

• Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and business.
