Job Description
Atkena Trading is an Ethiopian company that introduces Zoza Technology; a ride-sharing service that offers safe, secure, and comfortable rides at an incredibly low cost. Atkena is looking for a customer-focused, polite, accurate, knowledgeable, and detail orientated call center customer service representative. The applicant is expected to use their product, company, and legislative knowledge to communicate with customers and potential customers with queries either via telephone or online and understand their queries to offer the best possible resolution.
Receiving or making a high volume of calls from or to customers
Responding efficiently to customers and creating a positive experience
Manage, allocate and prioritize zoza ride bookings to ensure all jobs are dispatched in a timely manner
Communicating with customers through various channels
Provide accurate information about Zoza transport services, pricing, policies, and procedures
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Transferring and escalating the calls and complaints to the appropriate/relevant departments
Education and Experience
BA degree in any field with a minimum of 2 year of experience in call center or customer service role
