Master's Degree in International Development, Gender Studies, Public Policy, Human Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide strategic and technical oversight to the RWVL program, including supporting the Principal Partners, Steering Committee, Technical Working Groups, and Advisory Committee in designing and implementing interventions. - Ensure effective staffing, task distribution, and team coordination for efficient program delivery. - Lead the preparation and management of the Project, including work plans, partner budgets, procurement plans, expenditure tracking tools, and regular reviews.

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Needs Education, Social Work, Community Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the establishment and operationalization of disability inclusive Temporary Learning Spaces (TLS) in target kebeles. - Conduct community sensitization sessions to promote the right to education for children with disabilities. - Provide ongoing technical support and capacity building to partners on disability inclusive practices. - Collect accurate, disaggregated data on learners (age, gender, disability, and location).

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Education, Special Needs Education, Social Work, Agriculture, Community Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure disability-inclusive planning and implementation across all project sectors: Health, Nutrition, WASH, Education, and Agriculture. - Support the identification and inclusion of persons with disabilities in all beneficiary targeting and registration processes. - Collaborate with FIDO and HEKS to integrate inclusive practices into sector-specific interventions, including health outreach, nutrition screening, hygiene promotion, and agricultural support.

MA or BA Degree in Sociology, Social Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Pedagogy, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate planning and implementation of the project across all implementation sites, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Follow up the day-to-day operations of the project activity in all sites , ensuring adherence to objectives, expected deliverables in a designated timeframe  ; - Ensures that project operations are carried out in accordance with government, MSD and donor child protection policies and compliance requirements;  

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Sociology,  Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Gender and Development, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Plan, lead, organize, direct, coordinate and monitor the overall planning and execution of the child protection activities in the project site, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the child protection activities, ensuring adherence to objectives and timelines. - Follow, assist and ensure social service workers (SSW) have updated monthly and quarterly implementation plans. 

BA Degree in Gender Studies, Development Studies, Anthropology, Social Work or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Recognizes opportunities for innovative action and create an environment where project teams work together, exchange information, coordinate activities and develop team spirit in project management - Participating in the Mercy Corps teams strategic planning, and execution thereof for gender and social inclusion integration, Safeguarding and CARM Initiative
