Job Description
Facilitated engagement of Target recruitment committee in the identification of appropriate beneficiaries for short term training
Support Field Coordinators in providing orientation to unemployed youth about the objective of the project and their involvement in the implementation
Support project team in trainees’ identification, Registration and keeping their profile both in hard copy and soft copy; and make sure that gender proportion as per the project interest is balanced (make sure that 60% of the beneficiaries are women)
Work closely with the OSSC and support them in delivering employment service to unemployed youth—promotion of OSSC services, counselling and organization of various training with regard to services delivered at the OSSC
Support project team in tracking attendance of short-term trainees at TVET college and facilitate timely payment transportation cost
Support the Field Coordinator in overall facilitation of short-term training and cooperative training is well managed
Support Field coordinators with regard to EMA application at TVET college
Support project team in delivering activities that target MSMEs to develop their enterprises
Maintain liaison between the project and stakeholders: OSSC, TVET, Job creation and skill offices, and other pertinent line offices
Support project team in the organization of various events: meetings, workshop, training
Support project team in the documentation of project achievements, lessons learned and best practices
Support project team in handling various administrative duties
ACCOUNCOUNTABILITY AND SAFEGUARDING
including Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH)
Carry out the duties in accordance with the PIN Code of Conduct and Key policies.
Participate in training and awareness raising (CoC and KP, Safeguarding…).
Implement Safeguarding measures throughout the project cycle including a risk analysis related to SEAH and Child protection for each project and develop a mitigation plan accordingly.
Ensure that his/her team members attend training and awareness sessions and carry out the duties in accordance with PIN Code of Conduct and Key policies.
Ensure that due diligence and/or capacity assessments of partners include an assessment of partners’ implementation of key safeguarding and risk policies/ procedure including the prevention of SEAH.
Create and maintain a fulfilling and protective environment.
OTHER PROVISIONS
The Employer stipulates the right to assign the Employee on any other kind of work derived from his specialization. In case of urgent work and such like the Employee may be asked to work overtime as well as during public and other holidays.
In case that larger number of different tasks to fulfill by the Employee at the same time; the Employee shall accomplish the urgent and more important duties first.
Anytime and anywhere, the Employee shall protect the Expatriate staff and their guests alike and shall immediately inform the Expatriate staff about any kind of potential danger. Therefore, shall the Employee anytime and anywhere take care of and protect all belongings of PIN.
PIN is a relief and development organization whose aim is to help and assist needy people. The Employee’s position within the institution requires contacts with outside; he or she therefore conveys a certain image of the PIN. PIN expects its Employees to behave in appropriate manners at all times and in all places. All members of staff should ensure their attitudes correspond to PIN principles, both during and after working hours.
The Employee takes over the responsibilities for all entrusted material or cash. The Employee is obliged to cover all damages or losses caused by his carelessness totally or partially, as the PIN management in each case will decide it separately. The Agreement of Liability of Assets has been signed separately.

Minimum BA degree in Sociology, Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, Gender and other related social science fields of study from a recognized higher education institution
Only Graduates of 2013 or 2014 E.C
Only zero years of work experience required
Good interpersonal communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Good judgment regarding confidentiality and respect for sensitive materials
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent knowledge of spoken & written Amharic and English
