Essential Function

• Extract the cards request memo of branches  from the outlook system on a daily basis.

• Making instant card pool requests on  a card management system and uploading the request on the Ethswitch system.

• Follow-up the instant card pool, instant and personalized card relink process that request to Ethswitch system.

• Reconcile the report with the branch’s request of the instant card pool and relink against the actual processing on Ethswitch system.

• Prepare personalized and instant card and pin delivery dispatch to each branch.

• Notify all city branches by email to come and collect their personalized and instant cards.

• Performs other duties as required by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing, Banking & Insurance and two years of banking operation experience.

Place of Work: – Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar and Hawassa Districts
