Job Description
A Customer Service Manager, also known as a customer service manager, ensures that the customers of a company are satisfied. Their role is to provide superb customer service by leading and motivating the customer service team, developing loyalty programs, and creating customer satisfaction goals.
Job Requirement
Qualification: MA/BA degree in marketing, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or related fields
Required experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in banking sector, , out of which 3 years in supervisory position
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory.
