Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on capital markets, industry trends, and IPO activities. 

• Stay updated with the latest market news, regulatory changes, and competitor analysis. • Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, accounting, and investor relations, to prepare for an IPO.

• Assist in drafting prospectuses, financial statements, and other required documentation.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate with external parties, such as underwriters and auditors.

• Perform valuation analysis on IPO candidates by employing various methods, such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions. • Assess the fairness of the IPO pricing and provide recommendations based on the analysis.

• Assist in building relationships with potential investors, including institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.

• Prepare presentations, financial reports, and investor communications to articulate the company's investment proposition and growth potential.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or any other related field

• 2 - 4 years of work experience

• A master's degree or specialized certification in Capital Markets is desirable.

• In-depth understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and investment vehicles, including stocks, bonds, derivatives, commodities, and foreign exchange.

• Familiarity with market structures, trading platforms, and regulatory frameworks governing capital markets.

• Knowledge of financial market theories, portfolio management, risk management, and asset valuation methodologies.

• Knowledge of trading strategies and execution techniques in capital markets.

• Familiarity with trading platforms, order types, and execution algorithms.

• Understanding of trade settlement processes, market liquidity, and transaction costs.

• Relevant professional certifications, such as CAPITAL MARKET, ASSET EVALUATION and IFRS IMPLEMETATION are highly valued
