Job Description
Lead the Sales Force in achieving the sales objectives for the sales area as set in the Customer Marketing Plans and Customer Business Plans. Co-develop Field Sales Force Strategy together. Lead and plan sales resources in sales area. Lead sales force projects.
Ensures that all Sales policies and procedure of the company’s followed strictly.
Plan short and long range sales of the company,
Define guidelines for coverage planning
Organizing all activities and assigns jobs accordingly for staff inside the Sales team.
Evaluate sales reps on personal performance and contribution based on facts and observable data
Ensures proper reporting by providing accurate information relevant to a company’s markets is gathered and analyzed specifically for the purpose confident decision-making in determining market opportunity, market penetration strategy, and market development metrics in relation to our competitors/Illicit.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Ensure the sales process and operations are in adherence to the company's policies and procedures by providing guidance and coaching to the sales team, following up closely on sales and taking corrective measures to address the arising matters daily.
Ensure ambitious target setting & monitor closely for performance
Make product appeal to the target market.
Perform other related duties as required.
Guide and build up all employees assigned in the department to increase their ability and skill to achieve departments and Companies Mission and Vision.
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed in order to contribute to the continuous operations of the department.
Knowledge & Education level
Degree in Marketing & Sales or Business Administration.
Required level of experience
Proven 3-5 years ‘experience as a Sales Supervisor or Above
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
