Job Description

Office assistants handle organizational and clerical support tasks. This may include organizing files, scheduling appointments, writing copy, proofreading, receiving guests and more, depending on the company and its needs.

The office assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Manage office financial and other documentations

  • Gathering relevant information from governmental and private organization

  • Liaise the company with private and governmental organizations

  • Perform Other office works as directed by the office manager

Education

  • BA in Management or in any social science studies

Experience:

  • 0-3 years in a similar role
