Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring;

• Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components and take corrective maintenance;

• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem;

• Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving electrical design plans and work schedules;

• Drawing up budgets, schedules, department as well as company regulations, and various other documents related to electricity;

• Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed as per the specifications;

• Establishing relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, other professionals, and expanding networks.

• Ensure the proper connection of electrical systems to power lines to provide electricity to the building;

• Programming PLC control system.

• Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices;

• Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures;

• Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts;

• Complete required documentation of repairs and service information;

• Train junior workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures;

• Other tasks assigned by the immediate manager.

Requirements

Academic qualification

• Level IV/Diploma in Electricity or other related fields;

 Additional qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.

  • Ability to read electrical blueprints, and use hand tools and power tools.

  • Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Physically able to conduct field works.

  • Managing machine control system

  • Having a Driving license is an advantage

Years of experience: 6+ years of experience, in Industrial cooling system machinery is advantageous

Salary: As per the company scale
