The beverages green field project is located in Oromia Regional State, West Shewa Zone, on the outskirt of Ginchi town while the project office is located at Elilly International Hotel new building 10th floor Kazanchis, Finfinnee, Ethiopia. The company will engage in producing quality alcoholic & non- alcoholic beer brands in the first phase while the 2nd phase expansion plan is to produce carbonated water, Juices and other portfolios. Job Summary
The Security Head is accountable to maintain all security issues to mitigate current and emerging risks and trends to keep people, assets and properties are safe and responsible to ensure security procedures across Brewery Factory.
Job details
Plans, organizes, leads, coordinates and controls all the Brewery’s security implementations ( property, employees and facilities)
Designs and implements security management strategies.
Provides security awareness information when the need arise.
Reviews and ensures security procedures across Brewery to ensure assets, sites and personnel are protected.
Devises proactive programs to mitigate current and emerging risks and trends to keep people, assets and properties are safe.
Participates in crisis management in the event of threat and build and maintaining effective contacts across the Head office and externally (relevant law enforcement. regulatory and industry bodies in Oromia and Federal government ) to assist in such crisis
Ensures man-guarding and technical security systems on all locations and provide the optimum &effective security by maintaining up to date knowledge of available systems and recommending changes as appropriate.
Conducts investigations into suspected criminal matters and breaches where requested and liaise with relevant law enforcement agencies where appropriate
Manages the day-to-day management of security check-in & out of the incoming and outgoing supplies, products, people and vehicles as per to the working procedures in place.
Submits periodical reports to the Brewery manager on the overall operations of the work unit
Undertakes any other activities assigned by the Brewery Manager.
