Job Requirement

Qualifications: BA Degree or Diploma in Administrative Office Management, Secretarial Science and Office Management or any other related fields.

Experience: Five/ Seven/5/7 years of relevant experience in Secretarial jobs.

Purpose of the Job: To provide high-level administrative support and assistance to ensure efficient and effective operation.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the office environment and keeping office area neat and tidy;

  • Maintain schedules and calendars for appointments, track schedules, appointments;

  •  Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events;

  • Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and documents;

  • Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information;

  •  Properly handle and act accordingly the incoming mails and other materials;

  •  Set up and maintain files and records and retrieve documents and reference materials;

  • Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications & answering, making and directing and manage phone calls;

  •  Receive and interact with incoming visitors & external clients;

  •  Liaise with internal staff at all levels;

  • Taking and distributing messages;

  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, internal and external events

  •  Manage office equipment’s like; photocopying, scanning and faxing etc.;
