Job Requirement

Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Business Management and related fields.

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as a planning and monitoring Officer.

Purpose of the Job: To handle regional office plan and performance management, including the analysis and reporting performance of the regional office, districts and branches under the formers domain against a range of indicators to measure its progress in achieving the strategy of the Bank.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare the corporate annual plan/budget of the Bank in line with the strategic plan and based on inputs from other units and follow up the delivery;

  • Assess the Bank’s market share and carry out periodic operational/ financial performance monitoring and evaluation;

  • Conduct external and internal environmental analysis which is used in the development of a strategic plan;  

  • Conduct strategic plan revision as deemed appropriate in line with environmental changes;

  • Cascade strategic plan to core and support functions to create organizational alignment;      

  • Prepare appropriate corporate key performance indicators (KPI) used to measure performance and progress;  

  • Handle other activities as assigned by his or her supervisor
