Job Requirement

Skills, Experience & Education:

First Degree in Accounting, Procurement & supplies Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.

The position is structured to report to the Stock Team Leader and the incumbent is responsible to effectively execute the activities within the warehouse function to ensure shipments incoming and outgoing as well as production are issued & received effectively in order to achieve optimal warehouse logistical effectiveness and productivity. It also drive process improvement implementation and provide support to warehouse operations to ensure standardization and operational effectiveness

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure stock deviations are recorded accurately while utilizing the standardized format such that resolution is possible by the stock management function.

2. Execute production issues and receipts on SAP on time and accurately.

3. Ensure high product quality by executing and controlling an effective rework function, adhering to the company guidelines in terms of stock rotation and First Expiry, First Out, principles.

4. Coordinate that documents are submitted by drivers within the defined standards and that all documents are controlled accordingly for reconciliation and record keeping purposes
