We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of designers in the creation of high-quality, creative work for a variety of clients. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the agency's creative vision and standards

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, excellent creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment..

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of designers

• Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of clients

• Develop and maintain the agency's creative vision and standards

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in advertising and marketing

• Work with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions

• Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders

• Manage budgets and timelines

• Ensure the quality of all creative work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphics Design or in a related field with relevant work experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Portfolio of creative work
