Job Description
Transsion Manufacturing Plc is established in July 2006 in China, for the purpose of manufacturing mobile phone apparatus, software development, different electronics home appliances and construction.
In General, it is a high-tech Company specializing in the Research & Development, production, sale and service of mobile & communication products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the clearance work air and sea import properly from custom commission and other jobs assigned
Manage the air and sea export properly from custom commission, ET airlines and shipping company and other jobs assigned
Manage all shipping documentation is correct and proceed in timely manner
Manage the third party like INSA, ECA, MOT permission application request on one window system
To prepare efficiently and effectively the necessary import export documents on all shipping requirements
undertake proper filing activities like printing, checking documents and data cleaning and preparation of records for easy reference
Communicate effectively with staffs and immediate team Manager
Generate reports to logistics team Manager
Job Requirements
BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Fluent in English language
Must be familiar with Ms. Excel, Word, Power Point and related soft wares.
Ability to work in team
Good communication skill
Ability to cope up with and work under stressful conditions.
Ability to clearly and concisely express ideas and concepts in written and oral form.
Good analytical and negotiating skills
Physical Requirements:
Presentable and able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the company standards.
