Oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields.

Work Experience: 6/7 years’ Experience of which 2 years as, Branch Manager- I, Senior Banking Operation Officer-II, CSM-II, CRM or equivalent position.

Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period.

Salary: As per the scale of the Bank.

Work Place: Branches under ((West Finfine District; Bako & Meta Robi) and (Dire Dawa District; Badessa)).

End date: July 10/2023
