About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team for the Ye'Enat Meklit Lunch Project hosted by Mulu-G Health Service. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and informing MuluG clients about the Ye’Enat Meklit product and the training program currently being offered. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, encourage them to register on our platform, and invite them to attend the lunch/training event. Your efforts will contribute to the success and growth of our initiative.

Basic salary: 2000 ETB.

Commission: 100 ETB per registered person and 100 ETB per person attending the lunch/training event.

You can expect to earn around 8,000 ETB per event, and since there are two events per month, you'll have the chance to earn up to 16,000 ETB monthly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a standing booth at Mulu-G MCH and Internal Medicine Speciality Cente three days a week for half a day.

  • Engage with MuluG clients, providing information about the Ye’Enat Meklit product and the training program.

  • Educate potential clients on the benefits and features of the product and the value of attending the lunch/training event.

  • Encourage and assist clients in registering on the platform for the training program.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and registration details.

  • Extend invitations to registered clients, ensuring their attendance at the lunch/training event.

  • Attend the lunch/training event, providing support and assistance to attendees.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

  • Collaborate with the project team to optimize marketing strategies and improve client engagement.

  • Maintain a CRM documenting every attendee's customer journey.

  • Utilize cold-calling methods to reach former clients and inform them of the Ye’Enat Meklit product.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.

  • Strong persuasive skills to encourage registration and event attendance.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills.

  • Basic computer skills to assist clients in the registration process.

  • A high level of enthusiasm, motivation, and a positive attitude.

  • Familiarity with the Ye’Enat Meklit product and the training program is desirable (But proper training will be provided on our end).

  • Must be physically available at MuluG Hospital three days a week for half a day. Compensation:
