Main Duties 

• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness and compliance with all production standards;

• Evaluate the effectiveness of farm management practices and identify areas for improvement;

• Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risks;

• Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and support for better results;

• Present audit findings and recommendations for senior management periodically and as requested;

• Maintain open and smooth communication with management and the audit committee to share knowledge and best practices;

• Conduct scheduled audits of farms to assess compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies;

• Ensure that all auditing records are accurately completed and reported in a timely manner;

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations to maintain expertise in the field;

• Provide guidance and support to the farm team to help them improve their practices and achieve compliance;

• Perform other assignments specified by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

Qualification: 

• Degree in Agricultural, Agri-business, or other related field of study

Additional Skills 

• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, SPSS and the like;

  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports;

  • Proven knowledge of Agricultural Auditing Standards and Procedures; 

  • Familiar with the sector laws and regulations;

  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Be adaptable and able to meet deadlines;

  • Willingness to travel to visit farms periodically.

Working experience: 5+ years of work experience in Agricultural Auditing or similar roles

Salary: As per the Company Scale
