Job Summary:

Kabba Holding Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree and more than 8 years of experience with a Master's degree in finance or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the long-term financial stability of the company.

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management.

• Manage cash flow and treasury operations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and other financial institutions.

• Oversee risk management activities, including insurance, hedging, and compliance.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Manage the finance team and provide leadership and guidance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field, with more than 10 years of experience in finance or accounting.

• Master's degree in finance or a related field, with more than 8 years of experience in finance or accounting.

• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and risk management.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software applications.
