Purpose of the Program

Currently, we are seeking new graduates to join our Bank in a three months Young Graduate Training Program (YGTP) designed to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of our business. The program combines a series of class room and on-the-job training opportunities in various areas, with the purpose of preparing you for next role in the area that maximizes your strengths, ambitions and aspirations.

Job Requirements

Educational Requirement

• B.A. Degree in Accounting and Finance/Banking and Finance/Accounting/ Management/Economics or Business related fields.

• Only Graduates of 2022 and 2023 with CGPA 2.5 and above are invited to apply
