Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform routine tests to verify product consistency, nutrient content (e.g., NPK levels), and compliance with organic certification standards (e.g., OMRI, USDA Organic). - Prepare and test organic liquid fertilizer samples, including raw materials (e.g., compost extracts, bio-stimulants) and finished products, using techniques such as pH testing, nutrient analysis, and microbial assays. - Assist in developing and optimizing organic fertilizer formulations by mixing ingredients, monitoring fermentation processes, and documenting outcomes under senior staff supervision.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Plant Science, Chemistry, Horticulture, Food Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Expereince: 2 years for Bachelor's and 0 years for Master's Degree Duties & Responsibilties: - Inspect and verify the quality of products during receiving, storage, and dispatch stages. - Perform regular quality checks on inventory to identify defects, damages, or inconsistencies. - Document and report quality issues and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective action. - Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of inventory in compliance with safety and quality standards.
