Job Description
Prepares letters to defaulters for the settlement of arrears on loans granted by the Bank;
Endeavors to settle cases amicably through negotiation with defaulters;
Prepares statements of claim, defense, pleadings, declaration or affidavit and memorandum of appeal;
Assigns foreclosure and court cases to attorneys and closely follows up progress;
Plans, organizes, directs, implements and controls the debt recovery and foreclosure services of the Bank;
Formulates detailed frameworks to accomplish mandated functions;
Supervises and evaluates the performance of subordinates;
Ensures that all legal documents and files are kept safely and in strict confidentiality;
Assesses the performance of subordinates, and prepares and submits periodic reports to supervisor
Performs other related duties as required.

9 years of relevant experience of which 3 years in supervisory position
