1.       Plans, organizes, coordinates, leads and controls all procurement of the required supplies and materials needed by the factories.

2.       Conducts all the purchase functions of the company.

3.     Responsible for existence and implementation of cost savings and reduction strategies concerning procurement functions of the company.

4.  Oversees the timely and proper preparation of procurement plans for the companies.

5.   Resolves problems concerning purchase and supplier issues.

6.    Undertakes risk management activities to protect a company's reliable resource supply.

7.    Produces periodic reports on the performance of the division activities

8. Organizes, manages & controls the store using up to date standards

9.    Arranges the periodic physical count of inventory; initiates the reconciliation of actual inventory & inventory balance on the records.

10.  Verifies & approves the appropriateness materials issue & receipt vouchers.

11.     Manage and maintain the company’s inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.

12.    Provides routine management information on inventory performance.

7.      Monitors and evaluates spare parts & consumables usage & costs.

8.      Assumes responsibility for managing and running planned stock levels.

9.      Ensures proper arrangement & storage of materials.

10.  Develops economic usage of store & presents to responsible body; implements after approval.

11.   Performs other duties as assigned or required by his immediate manager.

Job Requirements

 MA/MSC/BSC/BA/ in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Procurement/ Management or related fields.
