Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the main teacher in lesson delivery and classroom routines - Help maintain a warm, organized, and child-friendly environment - Assist with hygiene, materials preparation, and activity facilitation

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Education with subject specialization in Amharic, English, Spoken English, Mathematics, General Science, Citizenship, Environmental Science, Moral Education, Art, Music, Health & Physical Education, ICT, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Deliver dynamic, student-centered lessons that spark curiosity and foster a love for lifelong learning - Design and implement high-quality, engaging lesson plans aligned with national and Pharo standards. - Contribute to extracurricular programs, community events, and student mentorship initiatives
